Jeff Durosko is an award winning communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing communications, corporate communications and journalism. He spent the past 13 years working in higher education communications, most recently as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Education Management Corporation, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of proprietary education institutions. Previously, Jeff was the Director of Public Relations and Advertising at Robert Morris University. His experience also encompasses a broad field of specialties, including agency public relations, service industry communications, consumer goods, non-profits and travel and tourism, when he served as Manager of Airport Communications for the opening of the new Pittsburgh International Airport.

Jeff has won numerous awards from the Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators, Council on the Advancement and Support of Education, Admissions Marketing Report, Women in Communications, PR News Magazine and others. In 2005, he was named PRSA Pittsburgh’s Renaissance Communicator of the Year. Jeff earned his master’s degree from Ohio University and a bachelor’s in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
